Our Concept
We search all over Norway to find unique locations to transform into our PopUp Restaurant. We then invite renowned guest chefs from all over the country to be our Guest Chef of the week. The chefs are tasked with making their specialties using ingredients local to our location.
The Experience is our signature event and is both cultural and culinary, where you learn about the location while our chefs impress you with their talent through a 7-10 course menu. Other offers vary by location, but can include specially crafted 4 course dinners, delightful afternoon teas, gourmet picnic baskets and relaxing lunches.
We have created our PopUp restaurants in a retired coal mine in Svalbard, at an old lighthouse in Bodø, on a preserved farmstead in Flåm, in a restored prison in Stord and other extraordinary locations throughout Norway. Along the way we have enjoyed cuisines ranging from the Mediterranean to the Norwegian coast to the islands of Asia.
Our dinners can be enjoyed with a wine package, where our wine master has expertly paired each course with a complimenting wine.
