This winter we pop up in the “Paris of the North” and invite you to a very special PopUp experience in raw, industrial surroundings.
From February 14th to 28th we will create a temporary restaurant where winter, the sea and the power of Northern Norwegian ingredients are at the centre.
In collaboration with Aurora Spirit we offer taste experiences created by renowned guest chefs, focusing on the season’s best produce from the north (and of course a little Aurora Spirit touch). The experience is shaped by the location we are in and the stories embedded in the walls.

Join the journey
This culinary experience package begins the moment you step through the doors of the destination’s PopUp location, located centrally in Tromsø (see map below).
Your culinary journey begins at 7:30PM.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with an aperitif before we share the story of this season’s destination.
You will be shown to the restaurant where you will be served a beautiful menu by the weekend’s guest chef.
A complimentary wine pairing will also be available.The experience concludes at approximately XX:XX.

Våre Gjestekokker
Hver av våre gjestekokker har fått i oppgave å lage en meny av deres spesialiteter med våre lokale råvarer implementert. Alt fra neo nordisk til spansk til japanske smaker har besøkt oss på tunet og vi blir like imponerte hver gang! Vi er overlykkelige for at kokker med både stjerner og utmerkelser velger å være med på dette eventyret.
Våre Leverandører
PopUp hadde aldri vert det samme uten de lokale leverandørene med på laget. Vi er utrolig heldig som har så mye ferskt og flott å ta av i dette vakre området. Her har vi bedrifter som legger stor vekt på kvaliteten og å gi det lille ekstra. Hver kokk blir tatt med på runden for å besøke de nærmeste leverandørene våre og se hvor produktene kommer fra.
