At PopUp Norway we take you on culinary seasonal journeys. At PopUp Experience we invite acclaimed Norwegian chefs to create a 7–10-course menu featuring their signature dishes made from local ingredients. Each location also offers other experiences: a 4-course menu, afternoon tea, or picnic — all using local produce. Our Guest Chefs
Our guest chefs are tasked with creating a menu, which highlights their specialties, using ingredients local to the PopUp location. We have enjoyed a vast array of cuisines from neo-Nordic to Spanish to Japanese - each as impressive as the other. We are so thrilled these accomplished, starred and awarded chefs have chosen to join us in this adventure. Each season a chefs calendar will be available where you can read more about their quisine and background.
Our Suppliers
PopUp would not be the same without the local food suppliers on our team. We are incredibly lucky to have so many fresh and fantastic options in each beautiful location. We choose suppliers who attach great importance to the quality of their products and work to provide that little bit extra. Our guest chefs are introduced to the nearest suppliers, showing them where the food they will use comes from.
